To operate your account, process donations and bookings through Pesepay, review campaigns, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the platform: with our payment gateway (Pesepay) to process transactions, and with PassPoint for event and accommodation listings and bookings. Campaign information that you publish is visible to visitors as intended.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting our support team. Deleting your account removes access to historical records where the law allows.
Security and retention
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described above.
