This policy covers refunds for donations, event tickets and accommodation bookings paid through Pesepay on this platform.
Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error (for example a duplicate payment or the wrong amount), contact us as soon as possible and we will review the request.
Event tickets and accommodation bookings
Refunds for tickets and stays follow the cancellation terms of the specific listing. Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method through the Pesepay merchant portal.
Failed and disputed payments
If a payment fails or is deducted in error, no campaign or booking is confirmed and any captured amount is refunded. For disputed charges, contact us with your payment reference so we can investigate with Pesepay.
How to request a refund
Send your payment reference, the date and the reason for the request through our contact page. Refunds are normally processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
