Honest campaigns
Campaign stories must be truthful, goals must reflect real needs, and funds must be used as described. Misleading or fraudulent campaigns are removed and may be reported to the authorities.
Review process
Every campaign is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We may ask for supporting documents, and organisers must respond honestly and promptly.
Beneficiary protection
Campaigns involving minors or vulnerable people must be run by a parent, guardian or authorised representative, and must protect the dignity and privacy of the beneficiary.
Transparency
Organisers are encouraged to post updates on how funds are used. Donors can see campaign progress in real time, and completed campaigns should report on outcomes.
