These terms govern your use of the Poket Money Group platform, including fundraising campaigns, event tickets and accommodation bookings. By using the platform you agree to them.
Using the platform
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, submitting a campaign or making a booking. You may only use the platform for lawful purposes and may not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
Campaigns
Campaign creators are responsible for the truthfulness of their stories, goals and fund usage. All campaigns are reviewed before publication, and Poket Money Group may pause, reject or remove a campaign that breaches these terms or our Responsible Fundraising policy.
Payments
All donations, ticket and accommodation payments are processed on this site through the Pesepay payment gateway. Bookings and listings are sourced from PassPoint. A completed payment confirmation on the platform is authoritative proof of your transaction.
Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Poket Money Group is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform, and our liability for direct losses is limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
